Meghan also serves on many neighborhood committees and is very concerned about preservation in our neighborhood.

Barbara specializes in vintage homes. She serves on many historic and community committees, and is knowledgeable about the many historic Colony neighborhoods.

Barbara and her husband Edgar have published a quarterly newsletter entitled 'The Vineyard Press' since 1986. They write about restoration concerns, architectural styles, what and what not to do when making changes to a vintage home, real estate issues, and in depth articles on specific homes in the neighborhood.

They also maintain (as many old house owners do) an extensive library of books about historic homes and decades of back issues of Old House Journal and Old House Interiors. Barbara leads the class on "Researching Your Old Home" for the City of Anaheim Neighborhood Preservation Office. This class is designed for owners who wish to research a pre-1949 property, complete an Historic Survey, and obtain a Mills Act.

She is a wonderful resource, especially if you are looking to buy a historic Anaheim home.
