Chuck is a licensed general contractor specializing in vintage homes.
He will be happy to talk to you about anything from a one room remodel to building a complete home using old house plans. If you want the new work done on your house to look like it's been there since the house was built, Chuck is your best bet!
He built a garage door for us that looked EXACTLY like the 90 year old door it replaced.

Adrian and Theresa (who live in the Colony on Ohio) have done a fantastic, fast, reasonably priced, high quality job on projects that include installing a clawfoot tub, outdoor landscape work, replacing an exterior door, and hanging interior doors. They've also helped pick paint colors and coordinated the services of a great painter!

We have used Transform Reglazing on 5 projects for bath sinks, bathtubs, ceramic wall surrounds, and kitchen counters and sinks. They do a very good job with the caveat that refinishing has its limitations in wear and durability. Some jobs last 5-7 years and others, less. For the price and for those situations where replacing the fixture or the tile is not feasible, refinishing works.
