Need to make improvements to your home? The City of Anaheim has direct loans and deferred payment loans at the most affordable interest rates and terms in town. Home improvement rebates are available, too.

Get that new roof or paint job now!

Income limits apply, and you must be living in the home you improve.

HOME BUYERS LOANS

Are you a renter wanting to buy your first home? The City of Anaheim is encouraging home ownership through several programs that will provide financial assistance to make the dream of owning a home come true for you. Ask about homes for sale in our historic neighborhoods, bounded by Harbor Blvd, Broadway, East and Cypress Streets.

Preferences given to those who live or work in Anaheim and income limits apply.
